Rodney brings to the firm over 30 years of experience in this marketplace.

Rodney is a past president of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS and in 1993 was named its "REALTOR of the Year". Rodney has served in most offices of the local association and was very active in the Arkansas REALTORS Association, serving in past capacities as Chairman of the State Professional Standards Committee, Chairman of the State Grievance Committee, a past District Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee as well as a past Zone Director.

Rodney holds the professional designations of CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist); GRI, (Graduate, REALTORS Institute-Arkansas), and GAA, (General Accredited Appraiser).

Rodney maintains both a Brokers license as well as a Certified General Appraiser license. In the past, Rodney has been active in the community, serving on such advisory boards as "The Salvation Army", "Hot Springs Friends of the Parks", "Potters Clay Ministries", "Spa Area Independent Living Services, (SAILS)", "Hot Springs Crime Stoppers", and is a past member of the Hot Springs Downtown Rotary Club and a "Paul Harris Fellow".

Currently, Rodney is a member of the Garland County Real Estate Equalization Board. Rodney is married to Eda Lou Jordan Bottoms and they have one son, Jason, and his wife, Carrie & their son Carson.

Rodney will be specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties, as well as other type properties in the surrounding area.
